Projects
block chord generator · web blockchords Block chords generator: harmonizes a melody following a scale, a basic shape and simple deterministic rules.
HTML CSS JS Web Audio
counterpoint generator · web contrapunctum Generalized diatonic and chromatic counterpoint generator: applies vector transformations to a melody to exploit all its compositional possibilities.
HTML CSS JS Web Audio
melodic pattern generator · web melodythesaurus Generalized melodic pattern generator based on Nicolas Slonimsky's Thesaurus of Musical Scales and Patterns.

modular pattern generator · web rhythmlab Generates rhythmic patterns from euclidean, Clough–Douthett, deep rhythm, and tihai algorithms, with nested grid subdivisions and tap-tempo playback.
HTML CSS JS Web Audio
scale & chord vector generator · web pitchwheel Applies the vector math from music++ to manipulate and generate scale and chord vectors interactively.
HTML CSS JS Web Audio
parametric eq · web harmonicEQ Uses a scale library and MIDI input to place EQ bands at musically meaningful frequencies, then lets you invert, expand, mirror, transpose, or spread them as a chord.
HTML CSS JS MIDI Web Audio
waveform synthesis · web ondine Generates waveforms from mathematical functions driven by pitch class sets and scale vectors: timbre as a consequence of harmonic structure.
HTML CSS JS Web Audio
c++ library · foundation music++ C++ Header-only library. Represents scales, chords, and rhythms as vectors and exposes transformations; the same concepts the higher level apps use to manipulate harmony, rhythm, timbre and melody.
